France and Thailand are two driving countries in the field of food innovation. In France, 10 competitiveness clusters are centred around agriculture and agro-food, including Vitagora, who aim to promote industrial performance and innovation. In Thailand, Food Innopolis is an innovation hub focusing on research development and innovation for food industry. This past decade, a shift has been observed in the consumer food demand, as 66% of consumers worldwide report being willing to pay extra for sustainable offering. To bring together the expertise of the two countries, France and Thailand have decided to organize a dedicated event, on the occasion of the Thaifex International Food exhibition and the framework of the French and Thai Year of the Innovation Label . On this occasion, institutions and enterprises of the agro-food innovation sector willing to share knowledge and good practices on innovations on alternative proteins, are welcomed to join us !
